|The 2011 season was David’s first as Head Coach of the Trent men’s program. Winning the school's first OCAA medal in November capped off an excellent season for the program, and work is already under way to achieve more next season.|
|Kevin is a former Head Coach of Trent, earning OUA Coach of the Year honours in his debut season. In his role as assistant coach, he will make use of not only his vast coaching experience, but draw upon his extensive experience as a player representing Ontario at the senior men’s level in rugby union, and Canada in rugby league.|
|Brian is the Athletic Recruiter for all varsity teams at Trent. Rugby, however, is a particular area of expertise for him, as he coached Adam Scott CVI to OFSAA gold medals in both girls’ and boys’ rugby. His combination of experience at both the high school and university levels make him the ideal liason for athletes interested in joining Trent athletics.|
|Ryan is a Trent Alumni, and played for the Excalibur men’s Rugby team during his years at Trent University. He quickly returned to the team in 2007 as the team manager and as one of the assistant coaches. He has been playing rugby for a number of years and for a number of well know rugby clubs throughout Ontario and was also asked to try out for the Jamaica Rugby Club. With his many years of rugby experiences, he will help to guide the men’s rugby team to victory.

|Garret Hart has been a key member to the Excalibur Rugby coaching staff since he took up the role of assistant coach in 2006. Starting his career as a player with Oakville Trafalgar High School, a rugby power house, Garret then went on to play for a number of local club teams, including the Peterborough Pagans and the Trent Excalibur. Garret's coaching career began in the spring of 2003 at Lakefield College School where he has been instrumental in the development of the rugby program, leading squads to six league finals and winning three Championships. Garret currently lives and works at Lakefield College School as Head of Cooper House residence and as an Outdoor Education Instructor. He is a level one NCCP Coach.
