The Trent Women's Volleyball team welcomed the Badgers on Friday night. 

The first set saw the Excalibur fight for every point, with some fantastic kills by Sydney MacLellan, Isabelle Pellerine and Lexy Schmidt-Roycroft. Though, the Excalibur would lose the set 25-16. 

In the second set, MacLellan continued her strong performance, contributing more kills for the Excalibur. Kathryn Beresford added a few kills of her own, along with an ace in the set. Julia Bingeman and Laura Fullerton also contributed kills, but it was not enough as the Excalibur lost the second set 25-18. 

The third set saw the Excalibur take the lead early, thanks to some kills and aces by Natalie Fournier, and MacLellan. Elizabeth Turner, Charli Calvert, and Beresford would also score some kills in the set. The set went to the wire, and the Badgers would end up winning the set, winning the game 3-0.  

Sydney MacLellan led the Excalibur with 8 kills, while Kathryn Beresford led the team with single blocks, tallying 3 in the match. Charli Calvert led the team with 8 digs.
